Last week Ballmer gained infamy when his nervous laughter at Apples iPhone made it to youtube.com, today on slashdot I saw this quote in relation to the fact that Microsoft has announced it needs testers quickly for its Service Pack 1, how often are Service Packs being prepared before OS’s Ship?
